• Suitable for sending personal items to overseas. Overweight Baggage and Parcel when you travel or return to your home country.
• We shall ship through Global Postal Network. We, Suketto are coming to your doorstep or hotels to check the contents you like to send and guide you the items can be accepted or not by the regulation here and there.
• Transportation mode by EMS / AIR Parcel / Sea Parcel
• If your goods are fragile or bulky, we shall offer a separate packing service for tableware of glass or porcelain and wooden casing, crating, etc.
• For the customers from overseas, we shall pick pack and ship for you under your account by on-line payment method.

Service flow

• Delivery empty cartons or other packing materials to your doorsteps or hotels upon request for your self-packing purpose.
• We will make inspection of contents package, packing reinforcement work if necessary and tallying the goods you have packed. If you pack any nonacceptable items, we will advise you. i.e., battery drive electronics items, liquid items, cosmetics with alcohol component, valuable items or Sri Lankan government regulatory items of ayurvedic plants related products, etc.
• Weighing the package at the front of customer and do settlement. In case if we cannot finalize the weight of the package, we will tell the customer and inform the weight later.
• After taking back the package we will make the consignment note, non-commercial invoice with packing info and issuing shipping labels to paste on the packages.
• Once the payment from the customer has been confirmed, we shall dispatch the package to the central office of Sri Lanka Post.
• Payment method by Cash, Card Machine, Bank Transfer and Credit Card Bill Link online available.
• We will attend Customs Inspection, Customs Clearance and Plants Quarantine if it is necessary. After the clearing process, we will pay the postage and handover the packages to the Post staff and receive tracking number of the packages.
• We do monitor your package itinerary to get delivered at destination.
• Pick up charge free Area – Colombo City and suburb, Seeduwa, Negombo Hotel Areas are included in the package price. For the other area pick-up, please kindly inquire us.
• 14 days free storage – we shall offer customers for 14 days free storage at our storage room. Thereafter daily storage fee applied until the goods handover to Postal Office, which is per package USD 0.20 or minimum USD 1.00 per Day.
• Wooden Case, Crating, Palletizing, Reinforced cardboard packing, Glassware, Porcelain, Golf gear with bag Packing etc. we will offer you based on your consignments and requirements for a proper packing service. And in such case the transportation mode will be non-postal service mode, then we will quote it separately for the cost.
